Half-Way Point, Two Years Down and Two More to Go

I have reached a turning point in my academic life: Two years of college finished.
This summer will be a huge transition: I am now a Junior and my Fall Study Abroad has never been closer. A large portion of my incoming class has since dropped from the race and I am with the group sweating it out for the next two laps.

Although I will be working (hopefully) non-stop this summer, I hope it will still be fulfilling. I am aiming for 40 hours per week and some more for the weekend - yes, workaholic.

But all this will conclude with the avidly-awaited abroad semester: Freiburg, Germany.

I can't wait!

First trip back to Muddy Waters Cafe since last semester on a cold and snowy Sunday morning

So I attempted to cook my own dinner Friday night and was adamantly looking forward to it.
But, when I went downstairs to the kitchen for preparation, who did I find but an entire sorority that had overtaken the kitchen to get ready for a pledge dinner they were hosting.
Damn!! Perhaps next time.

This morning (Sunday), has been good so far. The Muddy Waters cafe is amazing! I fell for their delicious Large Cafe Mocha, with which they used half/half and skim milk to create a bedazzling java sensation.

My new word: javalicious (adj.) - to describe a coffee/espresso drink which has been crafted to individual tastes and expresses a full-flavor dark bean roast taste.
"This Cafe Mocha is totally javalicious in its color, smoothness, and use of the java bean."
